Ordering for Christmas 2016?
Last order date for guaranteed delivery by Christmas is midnight on Sunday 18th December. If you order after this date you might still receive your order before Christmas but we cannot guarantee it.
What do you mean by handmade?
All our toy stroller seats are hand made by us. We travel far and wide sourcing delicious prints, patterns and accessories to make our buggies beautiful.
Can you remove the seat?
Yes. All our toy stroller seats are removable unless stated in the product description.
Can I wash the seat?
Yes. We recommend HAND WASHING your seat in COOL WATER with a non-bio washing detergent to keep it looking bright and squeaky clean. DO NOT tumble dry. A warm iron makes our seats look nice and smart, but DO NOT iron the elastic!
Can you make a bespoke toy stroller?
Sorry, but we are unable to make bespoke toy strollers at this time.
I already have a toy stroller frame, can I buy the seat part only?
Yes. Please contact us to get a price.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to addresses in the UK and internationally. If you want your order shipped to a UK remote location (e.g. Isle of Man) or outside the UK, please contact us and we will provide a quote.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery to a UK Mainland address starts from £4.78 for our toy strollers.
Delivery to a UK remote location (e.g. Isle of Man) or an international address varies. Please contact us for more information.
If you want to order more than 12 toy strollers, please contact us for a custom delivery quote.
When will I get my toy stroller?
In stock items: We aim to dispatch in stock items within 1 working day. Delivery then takes 3 – 5 working days depending on the courier and/or delivery address within the UK. (But more often than not you will receive your item much faster than this)
If you require the items extra quick, let us know and we can give you a quote for a faster service.
Back Order items: If the item is on back order we aim to make and dispatch the item within 3 working days. Delivery then takes 3 – 5 working days depending on the courier and/or delivery address within the UK. (But more often than not you will receive your item much faster than this).
If you are ordering more than one back order item this may take longer but we will email you to let you know.
Delivery to a UK remote location (e.g. Isle of Man) or outside the UK: We will email you with estimated dispatch and delivery times.
If for any reason you are not happy with the item, please contact us to arrange a return, refund or exchange. Unless the item was delivered faulty or damaged, we regret that we cannot pay for the return delivery costs for unwanted items.
Alternative payment: I don’t have a PayPal account, can I pay by another method?
Yes. We accept BACS payments (Bank transfer), and will ship your items once the funds are credited to our account.
